Semikina T. V. ZnO as a conductive layer prepared by ALD for solar cells based on n-CdS/n-CdTe/p-Cu1. 8S heterostructure [Електронний ресурс] / T. V. Semikina, S. V. Mamykin, M. Godlewski, G. Luka, R. Pietruszka, K. Kopalko, T. A. Krajewski, S. Gieraltowska, L. Wachnicki, L. N. Shmyryeva // Semiconductor physics, quantum electronics & optoelectronics. - 2013. - Vol. 16, № 2. - С. 111-116. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/MSMW_2013_16_2_4 ZnO films with high conductivity are obtained by atomic layer deposition for application in solar cells based on n-CdS/n-CdTe/p-Cu1,8S heterostructure. The parameters of solar cells with ZnO electrode are calculated from light and dark current-voltage characteristics and compared with those obtained for structures with Mo contact. The advantages of ZnO electrode are discussed.

Godlewski M. Zinc oxide for electronic, photovoltaic and optoelectronic applications [Електронний ресурс] / M. Godlewski, E. Guziewicz, K. Kopalko, G. Łuka, M. I. Łukasiewicz, T. Krajewski, B. S. Witkowski, S. Gierałtowska // Физика низких температур. - 2011. - Т. 37, № 3. - С. 301-307. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/PhNT_2011_37_3_11 We demonstrate that the atomic layer deposition (ALD) technique has large potential to be widely used in a production of ZnO films for applications in electronic, photovoltaic (PV) and optoelectronic devices. Low growth temperature makes the ALD-grown ZnO films suitable for construction of various semiconductor/organic material hybrid structures. This opens possibilities of construction of novel devices based on very cheap organic materials. This includes organic light emitting diodes and PV cells of the third generation, as discussed in the present work.
