Рассмотрено устройство обработки сигналов, описана сущность способа, условия достижения поставленной задачи получения максимального выигрыша в отношении сигнал/шум, превышающего 50 дБ, и преимущества рассмотренного устройства, которое является эффективным для систем обработки информации с малым уровнем мощности.

The researches of EPR-spectra inherent to micro-structured Si showed the presence of the spectral line at H ~ 3500 Oe that appears from centers with the g-factor g ~ 2,0010 (pB-centers). Intensity of the determined spectral line decreases twice after magnetic processing. The observed redox processes and evolution of defect structure are interpreted as the influence of magnetic field on micro-structured Si. Calculations made using the data of X-ray diffractometric researches showed an essential decrease of internal strains and respective increase of the lattice parameter in micro-structured Si samples after magnetic processing in the weak magnetic field.

Based on the characterization results, which have been obtained by using the formulas of the dynamical theory of X-ray diffraction by imperfect crystals with randomly distributed microdefects of several types, the concentrations and average sizes of oxygen precipitates and dislocation loops after imposing the magnetic field and their dependences on time after its removing have been determined.

The treatments were performed in two regimes, namely, single-pulse (<$E tau> = 30 ms) and multi-pulse (<$E tau> = 1,2 ms) ones, at varying magnitudes of magnetic induction. The defect structure transformations were inferred from the radiative recombination spectra in the 0,6 - 2,5 <$E mu>m at 77 K. A possible mechanism of observed modifications related to the electron spin transformation is discussed.

We show that in a weak magnetic field the monotonic part of <$E R Bar sub zz (B sub z )> is almost constant and starts to grow only above the crossover field <$E B sub c>, when the Landau levels (LL) become isolated, i.e., when the LL separation becomes greater than the LL broadening. In higher field <$E B sub z~>> >>~B sub c>, <$E R Bar sub zz (B sub z )~symbol Х~B sub z sup {1 "/" 2}> in agreement with previous works.

We use oneparameter scaling, keeping either q (related to magnetic field) or p (related to energy) constant, to calculate two critical exponents, describing the divergence of the localization length in each case. The ratio of those two exponents defines the form of the critical line close to zero magnetic field.

Zholonko // Физика низких температур. - 2013. - Т. 39, № 6. - С. 722-725. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/PhNT_2013_39_6_15 The diffusion kinetic of classic impurity particles has been investigated in the frame of one-dimensional two-level model and applied for the explanation of solid hydrogen thermal conductivity data with extremely low concentrations of neon impurity in samples growth at different crystallization rates in which the plateau effect was observed. The main idea is that heavy isotopic impurities could segregate into thin long chains near dislocation cores if the growth rate is slow. Neon impurity chains can persist for a long time. Such rigid linear objects ensure inelastic scattering of phonons. The diffusion coefficient of neon atoms in (<$Ep- {roman H} sub 2 ) sub 1-c {roman Ne} sub c> mixtures was estimated for the experimental conditions with с = 0,0001 аt. % and с = 0,0002 аt. %.
