Перелічено загальні якості особистості менеджерів, які працюють у народному господарстві, виділено специфічні якості, характерні для керівників у галузі фізичної культури та спорту, наведено деякі показники (на основі даних фірми Andersen Consulting Warszawa).

Обоснован данный процесс, прежде всего, в организациях хозяйственных и обслуживающих (и, в частности, в организациях входящих в сферу физической культуры).
