The paper is the nineteenth one in the series of publications, that are dedicated to fundamental problems of geoinformatics - subject of scientific research, main aims of the new science, methods to solve its specific tasks and so on. In the nineteenth paper the detailed analysis of geochronological boundaries of the international time scale "GTS-2004" is continued from the position of the geochronometric calendar that is proposed for all the geologic history. The base of such a calendar is the "Belousov's current of geologic (geotectonic) eras". Three eras can be amalgamated into megacycle "threeon" that is also basic unite (taxon) of the geochronological calendar. It is shown that both calendar taxons, geotectonic era and threeon, are produced by galactic megacycles and have a natural character. It is shown also that the boundaries of these basic calendar units are reflected with great clearness on 87Sr/86Sr-curve of the Phanerozoic geologic history. So the fundament of new scientific disciple - strontium isotopic geochronology - is laid. The problem of the Wilson cycle is also considered. An attempt to reconcile two contrary opinions - "fixists" and "mobilists" - is made.
