The paper is the eighteenth one in the series of publications, that are dedicated to fundamental problems of geoinformatics - subject of scientific research, main aims of the new science, methods to solve its specific tasks and so on. In the eighteenth paper the detailed analysis of geochronological boundaries of the international time scale "GTS-2004" is continued. For such an analysis the geochronological calendar for all the geologic history is proposed. As a base of this calendar three interdependent galactic chronometric processes are put up: a) the oscillation of the Sun system perpendicularly to the plane of the Sun orbit (period of this oscillation is equal to 88 million years); b) the anomalistic galactic year, that is equal to 176 million years; c) periodic activity of the Hestia (nucleus of Galaxy), its period equal to 528 million years. This calendar, as authors cherish hopes, is worked out "once and all". In this paper the boundaries of neoproterozoic era were analysed. It was shown on the base of proposed calendar that all these boundaries can be correlated with the moments of crossing the galactic plate by the Earth. The galactic temporal models of iron deposits formation and two-stage glaciations in cryogenian and ediacaran periods are given. It is also proposed a galactic cause model for "the M. A. Semikhatov's biocatastrophe" (near 950 million years ago).
