The given paper is the twenty second one in a series of publications, that are dedicated to fundamental problems of geoinformatics - the subject of scientific research, main aims of the new science, methods of solving its specific tasks and so on. In their twenty second article the authors are scrutinizing the following problem: what significant scientific achievements can geoinformatics report about on the "Day of Planet Earth". In the paper a new scheme of the history of the mankind culture is offered. According to this scheme we have two main epochs of the outer world cognition: 1) epoch of cognition, based on physical experiments that are short in time and do not permit to get true knowledge about cyclic processes whose periods are equal to millions and billions of years; in this epoch only approximate information about the Universe as a whole can be obtained. 2) epoch of deciphering "the stone chronicle" of the Earth crust. The main task of geoinfopmatics is such a deciphering. This task is successfully being solved. The acme of this titanic work is the construction of the mathematical model of the "Plato's paradigm idea", this in its way is "The Constitution of the Worldedifice". This Constitution predetermines, in particular, the geological history and it is the basement for producing scientific discoveries by a "conveyor method".
