The dynamics of cellular biomass accumulation and the secretion of exopolysaccharides of some actinomyces from streptomyces family have been studied under the influence of different sources of carbon (glucose-sucrose). It was established, that synthesis of exopolysaccharides and the dynamics of actinomyces biomass accumulation are in a certain correlation. Synthesis of exopolysaccharides, particularly, polysaccharides of cultural liquid and neutral polysaccharides begin in the logarithmic phase of actinomyces growth. Amount of polysaccharides increases in the exponential phase and reaches its maximum in the stationary phase. In the phase of dying the amount of polysaccharides again decreases. Monosaccharide content of polysaccharides doesn't change in accordance with the growth phase. Under conditions of carbon source changing intensification of polysaccharide synthesis was noted. It was established that application of sucrose as of carbon source increases quantitative indices of cultures biomass and the amount of polysaccharides but the content of monosaccharides didn't change in this conditions.
