Вперше науково обгрунтовано та розроблено структуру і зміст економічної культури у професіограмі сучасного юриста. Розроблено методику формування економічної культури майбутнього юриста. Удосконалено терію моделювання процесу професійної підготовки юриста, зокрема, методику аналізу селекції гіпотез формування прийняття та реалізації рішень за складних умов діяльності. Конкретизовано аспекти теорії ігор щодо вибору сюжету та розробки сценарію рольової гри у процесі професійної підготовки фахівців юридичної галузі.

Об'єкт - двоенергетична рентгенівська абсорбціометрія. Мета - розвиток фізичних методів характеризації матеріалів за ефективним атомним номером при радіографічному контролі. Методи - сцинтиляційний метод детектування рентгенівського випромінювання; спектрометричний метод реєстрації рентгенівського випромінювання; методи обчислення взаємодії рентгенівського випромінювання з речовиною. Результати – розроблено фізичний метод характеризації матеріалів за ефективним атомним номером при радіографічному контролі; отримано аналітичні вирази для обчислення параметру характеризації, який є пропорційним масовому коефіцієнту ослаблення рентгенівського випромінювання та не залежить від товщини та щільності матеріалу; сформульовано критерій однозначної характеризації матеріалів за ефективним атомним номером при радіографічних дослідженнях у діапазоні енергій 20150 кеВ. The goal – development of physical methods of characterization of materials according to the effective atomic number Zeff in radiographic control. Methods – scintillation method of X-ray radiation detection; spectrometric method of X-ray radiation recording; methods to calculate X-ray radiation-substance interaction. Results – physical method has been developed for characterization of materials according to the effective atomic number Zeff in radiographic control; analytic expressions have been obtained to determine a characterization parameter which is proportional to the mass attenuation coefficient of X-ray radiation and does not depend on material thickness and density; a criterion has been defined for unambiguous material characterization according to the effective atomic number Zeff in radiography in the energy range 20 - 150 keV. Дисертацію присвячено проблемі формування готовності майбутніх офіцерів Збройних Сил України (далі – ЗСУ) до професійної діяльності у військових ліцеях. У роботі розкрито педагогічну проблему формування готовності майбутніх офіцерів ЗСУ до професійної діяльності у військових ліцеях, подано теоретико-методичне обґрунтування і результати експериментальної перевірки моделі формування готовності майбутніх офіцерів до професійної діяльності у військових ліцеях. У дисертації визначено й обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутніх офіцерів ЗСУ до професійної діяльності: оптимізація професійно зорієнтованого середовища в освітньому процесі підготовки майбутніх офіцерів ЗСУ до професійної діяльності у військових ліцеях; застосування інтерактивних методів навчання (рольових та ділових ігор) як максимального наближення освітнього процесу до реальної професійної діяльності у військових ліцеях майбутніх офіцерів ЗСУ; структура взаємодії та взаємообумовленості елементів системи професійної підготовки майбутніх офіцерів ЗСУ до професійної діяльності у військових ліцеях. Уточнено структурні блоки професійної моделі формування професійної готовності майбутніх офіцерів ЗСУ до забезпечення освітньо-виховного процесу у військових ліцеях, зокрема: цільовий, змістово-практичний, функціональний та діагностично-результативний, що уможливлюють цілеспрямовану організацію освітнього процесу закладу вищої освіти.^UThis dissertation focuses on the issue of enhancing readiness of Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) officer-trainees for professional activity in military lyceums. The study presents the theoretical and methodical validation and the results of experimental verification of the model of fostering readiness of officers-trainees for professional activity in military lyceums. It also reveals the pedagogical issue related to fostering readiness of the UAF officer-trainees for professional activity in military lyceums. This issue covers several directions of fundamental researches in philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, military special, military pedagogical literature, legislative and regulatory support of military education and activity in the area of education and advancing patriotism in military lyceums and lyceums with enhanced military physical training. The readiness of the UAF officer-trainees for the professional activity and service in the military lyceum is the result of holistic personal education and professional training, which ensures the transition to a qualitatively new form of life for the cadet and is a set of interdependent and interconnected components: motivational-valuable, cognitive and reflexive. The officer's pedagogical competence at the tactical level of training is ensured by promoting a set of components (motivational-valuable, professionalpedagogical, professional-personal, managerial, sociocultural, self-improving) and their corresponding indicators, the combination of which reflects readiness of officer-trainees for educational and training activities among subordinates, as well as their readiness for professional and pedagogical activities as military commanders. The pedagogical competence of tactical level officers is developed in the course of pedagogical training, involving mastering a definite volume of theoretical knowledge, acquisition of the necessary practical pedagogical skills and abilities determined by the content of special pedagogical training.The pedagogical system of enhancing readiness of officer-trainees for professional service in military lyceums is a dynamic complex of dialectically interconnected components and factors creating optimal conditions needed to the resolve issues of training and education of cadets as future officers, depending on the relevant modern social tasks of nurturing a young generation of patriots of Ukraine ready for military service. Elements of the system of professional training of officer-trainees for professional service in military lyceums include such aspects of training as theoretical, psychological and pedagogical, psychophysical and practical.Pedagogical conditions for enhancing readiness of the UAF officer-trainees for professional activity incorporate the creating a professionally-oriented educational environment in higher military educational establishments via modular training, verification of the content of training the UAF officer-trainees for future educational activities of military lyceums. This training is based on such academic disciplines as «Scientific Vision of the World» and «Pedagogy and Military Training» which consider the objectives, tasks, principles, methods and specific features of targeted readiness of the UAF officer to perform military service in military lyceums. Other pedagogical conditions encompass interdisciplinary links between academic disciplines creating a favourable environment for a systematic professional training of officer-trainees training, maintaining motivation in making the UAF officers ready for future service in military lyceums, employing interactive teaching methods, namely role and business games to simulate real professional activity plays within an educational establishment.The professional model of the formation of professional readiness of the AFU future officers to ensure the educational and training process in military lyceums considers being a comprehensive program comprised of four main components (blocks): purpose-oriented, substantive and practical, functional, diagnostic and effective blocks, providing a better understanding of the purposeoriented educational process in the higher educational establishment.

Дисертацію присвячено проблемі формування готовності майбутніх військових психологів до вирішення конфліктних ситуацій у професійній діяльності в Збройних Силах України. Предметом дослідження виступають педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутніх військових психологів.У роботі з'ясовано стан сучасної підготовки військових психологів як наукової проблеми у психолого-педагогічній теорії та практиці, визначено суть поняття «готовність» і аргументовано потребу формування готовності майбутніх військових психологів до вирішення конфліктних ситуацій у професійній діяльності.На основі констатувального експерименту, в якому взяли участь 536 респондентів, теоретично сформульовано основи професіограми й укладено професіо-психограму військового психолога як кінцевого результату сутності і структури готовності майбутніх військових психологів до практичної діяльності в екстремальних та бойових умовах професійної соціально значимої діяльності. Визначені критерії, показники та схарактеризовано рівні сформованості готовності майбутніх військових психологів до вирішення конфліктних ситуацій у професійній діяльності.На етапі формувального експерименту було обґрунтована і практично розроблена педагогічна модель формування готовності майбутніх військових психологів до вирішення конфліктних ситуацій у професійній діяльності в процесі професійної підготовки у вищому військовому навчальному закладі, ключовим елементом якої є дидактично виважені педагогічні умови. Провідна роль у формуванні готовності майбутніх військових психологів до вирішення конфліктних ситуацій у професійній діяльності, займає дидактично аргументована педагогічна рольова гра, яка проводилася на практичних заняттях.Експериментально перевірена ефективність дієвості педагогічних умов і моделі формування готовності майбутніх військових психологів до вирішення конфліктних ситуацій у професійній діяльності та оновлена система спеціальної військової підготовки майбутніх військових психологів шляхом упорядкування відповідного методичного забезпечення.Відповідно до поставлених завдань було використано комплекс методів дослідження: теоретичних – критичний аналіз філософської, психолого-педагогічної, спеціальної військової, навчально-методичної літератури; дидактичного забезпечення освітнього процесу – теоретичне обґрунтування і практичне розроблення ділових та рольових ігор, запровадження міні-лекцій викладання курсантами, використання «мозкового штурму» на практичних заняттях з експериментальних навчальних курсів спеціальної підготовки майбутніх військових психологів; педагогічний експеримент – для перевірки ефективності педагогічних умов і педагогічної моделі формування готовності майбутніх військових психологів до вирішення конфліктних ситуацій у професійній діяльності у ЗСУ.^UThe paper is devoted to the problem of development the readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activity in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the pedagogical conditions for the formation and development of the readiness of future military psychologists.The paper clarifies the state of military psychologists training as an academic problem in psychological and pedagogical theory and practice, defines the concept of «readiness» and argues the necessity to form up the readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activities. Based on the observational experiment, which was attended by 536 respondents, we've theoretically developed the basics of the professional profile and concluded the professional psychogram of the military psychologist as the end staye of the essence and structure of readiness of future military psychologists for practical activities in extreme and combat conditions of professional socially significant activity. Criteria, indicators are defined and the levels of readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activity are characterized. At the stage of the formative experiment the pedagogical model of formation of readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activity in the course of professional training in the higher military educational institution, which key element is didactically balanced, pedagogical conditions was substantiated and practically developed. The leading role in shaping the readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activities is occupied by didactically argued pedagogical role play, which was conducted in practical classes. The effectiveness of pedagogical conditions and models of development the readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activities has been experimentally tested and the system of special military training of future military psychologists has been updated by streamlining the appropriate methodological support.In accordance with the tasks, a set of research methods was used: theoretical – critical analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, special military, educational and methodological literature; didactic support of the educational process – theoretical substantiation and practical development of business and role-playing games, introduction of mini-lectures by cadets, use of «brainstorming» in practical classes on experimental training courses for special military psychologists; pedagogical experiment – to test the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions and pedagogical model of development the readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activities in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
