Вперше в Україні проведено дослідження рівнів фекального кальпротектину (ФК) у хворих на хронічні запальні захворювання кишечнику (ХЗЗК) залежно від тяжкості перебігу захворювання й у хворих на функціональні розлади кишечнику. Вперше встановлена пряма пропорціональна залежність між рівнями ФК і виразністю ступеня тяжкості перебігу неспецифічного виразкового коліту та хвороби Крона, що дозволяє вважати ФК досить чутливим маркером для діагностики ХЗЗК і визначення ступеня тяжкості захворювання. Вперше доведено, що визначення рівня ФК є важливим в диференційній діагностиці ХЗЗК і функціональних розладів кишечнику, вважаючи його високочутливість, об'єктивність і простоту виконання.

Обгрунтовано організаційні, змістові, технологічні та матеріально-технічні нововведення, які забезпечують функціонування школи-лабораторії наукової установи. Розкрито сутність та специфіку діяльності школи-лабораторії; компоненти, які характеризують її діяльність. Запропоновано модель організаційної структури школи-лабораторії, структура управління науково-дослідної діяльності, розроблено концепцію та положення про школу-лабораторію наукової установи.

У роботі здійснено науковий аналіз і теоретично обґрунтовано методологічні та психолого-педагогічні засади формування гуманістичної педагогічної позиції майбутніх логопедів. Розкрито сутність гуманістичної педагогічної позиції майбутніх логопедів, з'ясовано її структуру, визначено критерії та показники, схарактеризовано рівні сформованості досліджуваного феномену, встановлено внутрішні та зовнішні чинники, що впливають на рівень сформованості гуманістичної педагогічної позиції майбутніх логопедів. У дисертаційному дослідженні створено структурно-функціональну модель формування гуманістичної педагогічної позиції майбутніх логопедів. Розроблено методику формування гуманістичної педагогічної позиції майбутніх логопедів. Результатами експериментальної роботи доведено ефективність методики формування гуманістичної педагогічної позиції майбутніх логопедів.^UThe dissertation is devoted to the relevant issue decision of future speech therapists' humanistic pedagogical position forming. On the basis of study of home and foreign philosophical, psychological, pedagogical literature phenomenological principles of future speech therapists' professional competence forming are analyzed, provided with the university education, essence of basic concepts of the investigated problem is exposed. Theory of key definition is reasonably and maintenance certain "humanistic pedagogical position", the structural components are distinguished (cognitive, emotionally-valued, reflexive-behavioral) with the aim of improvement of future speech therapists' education. It was reasonable to work out with the aim of diagnostics of future speech therapists' humanistic pedagogical position forming, criteria (general acknowledgement in humanistic pedagogical position; capacity to confess meaningfulness, experiencing of GPP; and set humanistic orientation of sociocultural behavior) and certain (with corresponding indexes) factors that influence on its forming in the process of preparation of future speech therapists. The scientifically reasonable structural-functional model of future speech therapists' humanistic pedagogical position forming is created, that is based on functions (to the world view, motivational, professional, to socialization, self-definition, reflexive, action-converting, mobilizational, regulative, self-presentational); leans against the principles of humanizing and humanitarization, axiologisation, to unite consciousness and activity, subject, system; envisages taking into account the organizationally-pedagogical terms, finds the practical embodiment in the semantic and methodical providing that gave an opportunity to provide conceptual basis for the positive dynamics of incipience. Methodology of forming of GPP of future speech therapists is worked out with support on the structural-functional model of GPP forming. Pedagogical terms are selected as the leading vectors of experimental studies' organization: orientation in educational process on forming of GPP as leading quality of future speech therapists; actualization of valued-semantic basis of future speech therapists' professional culture ; plugging of students into the practically orientated activity that develops future professional activity, setting in the reflexive method of passing the vital functions. The results of dissertation research confirm that determinations of organizationally-pedagogical terms, development and introduction of methodology of future speech therapists' humanistic pedagogical position forming are effective and pedagogical.

У роботі здійснено науково-теоретичне обґрунтування цілісного механізму правової охорони телеформату як об'єкта авторського права, а також розроблено пропозиції та рекомендації, спрямовані на удосконалення законодавства у сфері інтелектуальної власності та практики його застосування. Виявлено та класифіковано ознаки телеформату, сформульовано його поняття. Kyiv, 2021. The thesis focuses on the study of theoretical and applied problems of civil regulating the process of the television format creation and usage. The work carried out a scientific and theoretical substantiation of the integral mechanism of the television format legal protection as a subject matter of copyright, as well as the development of appropriate proposals and recommendations aimed at improving legislation in the field of intellectual property and its application practice.Based on the processing of a large source base, the features of television format as a type of audiovisual work were revealed and classified, and its concept was formulated. The external form of the television format expression has been determined, which is manifested in the form of an independent, integral object of civil law in its audiovisual reflection (image) on any screen, obtained by reproducing by technical means. The elements of the television format internal structure are investigated, the combination of which gives it a new quality, which is the basis for its identification, selection among similar objects of legal protection; their legal nature is determined. The current state of the television format defense and protection in Ukraine and in foreign countries is characterized, problems and trends in the legal regulation of relations on television format are revealed, while attention is drawn to the necessity of unifying the terminology for audiovisual works, their creation and implementation. Based on the staged character of the television format creation process, features of creative results that characterize each stage, the content of the television format creation participants' activities, a system of copyright subjects for a television format is discovered, and their classification is proposed. Attention is paid to the fact that there is a lack of a definitive norm related to the “author” concept determination in the legislation of Ukraine and international legal acts. Thus, it is substantiated that the author of an audiovisual work is an individual who, by his creative intellectual labor, when creating a work, embodies his creative intention in it and/or determines the ways to implement it. It is justified that the television format is a collective work, and it is proposed to define the “collective work” notion as a product developed as a result of two or more authors' creative activity, which structurally can include an unlimited number of elements, regardless of the form of their expression, combined into a single whole. The substantiation is given that the television format as a collective work, developed because of creative activity of the authors' team represented from various art branches, consists of separate parts (elements), regardless of the external form of their expression, united by a single creative concept and form a single indissoluble whole. The legal basis for composing a team of authors, whose activities are aimed at creating a television format, which may not be characterized by co-authorship, are revealed. The impossibility of creating a television format exclusively by the creative work of authors, and so the recognition of their copyright to the television format as a final product embodied in an audiovisual work, is substantiated.
