Проведено аналіз діалектики понять щодо розвитку промислового підприємствата управління змінами за різних умов зовнішнього середовища; проаналізованокласифікації змін на промислових підприємствах; досліджено методологічніположення й підходи до управління змінами в умовах розвитку промисловихпідприємств.Проаналізовано роль машинобудування в забезпеченні пріоритетних напряміврозвитку промислового комплексу України порівняно із закордонним досвідом;досліджено тенденції функціонування підприємств машинобудування; визначеноперспективи інноваційного розвитку промислових підприємств.Удосконалено синтезований підхід до управління змінами в умовах розвиткупромислових підприємств; удосконалено науково-методичний підхід до моніторингувідповідності змін на підприємстві змінам зовнішнього середовища; запропонованоконцепцію управління змінами в умовах розвитку промислових підприємств.Розроблено науково-методичний підхід до оцінювання чутливості показниківрозвитку промислового підприємства до організаційних змін; удосконаленометодичний підхід до планування змін в умовах розвитку промислових підприємств;удосконалено формалізовану процедуру контролю за виробничими змінами в умовахрозвитку промислових підприємств.^UThe analysis of dialectics of concepts concerning development of the industrialenterprise and management of changes under various conditions of external environment iscarried out. The basic features of «management of changes», «development of the industrialenterprises» are established the ability to formulate definitions of these concepts.The existing classifications of changes at industrial enterprises are analyzed;methodological provisions and approaches to change management in the conditions ofdevelopment of industrial enterprises are investigated. Depending on the established type ofchange, it is possible to reasonably approach the choice of an effective model of theirmanagement and make it manageable, such that will contribute to the development ofindustrial enterprises. The main types of changes inherent in the peculiarities of thefunctioning of enterprises in modern economic conditions are identified, the main types ofchanges are supplemented: by the nature of the flow and the scale of impact.Methodical approaches to change management at industrial enterprises in theconditions of development are critically analyzed. The limitations of the process andstrategic approach are substantiated, the expediency of using the system approach of changemanagement at industrial enterprises in the conditions of development taking into accountthe psycho-emotional behavior of the personnel at introduction of innovations andrealization of changes is allocated. It is proved that the use of each individual approach tochange management in industrial enterprises will make such management limited for anumber of reasons, in particular due to the inability to use the advantages of each approachin solving certain problems arising in such a complex process of change management.,control, recovery, etc., for the effective solution of these problems in the research thesynthesized approach to change management in the conditions of development of industrialenterprises is improved.
