Узагальнено соціально-економічну сутність і значущість споживчого ринку в економічній системі. Визначено функціонально-структурні параметри споживчого ринку з урахуванням особливостей його еволюції. Досліджено ступінь впливу споживчого ринку на формування людського капіталу та динаміку економічного зростання. Виявлено тенденції та суперечності впливу глобалізації на функціонування споживчого ринку. Розкрито особливості та суперечності функціонування споживчого ринку України на сучасному етапі. Обгрунтовано пріоритетні напрями макро- та мікроекономічного регулювання споживчого ринку в Україні.

Дисертаційну роботу присвячено комплексному дослідженню трансатлантичних відносин, зокрема впливу американського чинника на процеси європейської інтеграції. Визначено основні етапи розвитку американсько-європейських відносин, розглянуто ключові напрями європейської політики адміністрації Б. Обами. Проаналізовано співпрацю у форматі США-ЄС в економічній та військово-оборонній сферах. Доведено, що незважаючи на зміни зовнішньополітичних пріоритетів Сполучених Штатів Америки, європейський простір завжди залишався в центрі уваги США.^UThe thesis is devoted to the complex study of transatlantic relations, in particular, to the American impact on the European integration. The core stages of the American-European relations development are determined; the key directions of the Obama's European policy are considered. It is analyzed a cooperation on the U.S.-EU axis in the economic and military-defense spheres. Despite the changes in the U.S. foreign policy priorities, European space has always been the focus of the American Administrations.

Дисертацію присвячено актуальній проблемі формування екологічної поведінки учнів початкової школи засобами української етнічної культури. Шляхом теоретичного аналізу уточнено сутність поняття «екологічна поведінка учнів початкової школи» як безпосередній або опосередкований процес взаємодії дітей 6-10-літнього віку з природними системами, об'єктами й ресурсами, що обумовлюється внутрішніми і зовнішніми детермінантами, піддається спостереженню і проявляється у діях, вчинках, висловлюваннях та емоціях. Визначено і схарактеризовано детермінанти екологічної поведінки учнів початкової школи. Уточнено структурні компоненти екологічної поведінки учнів початкових класів (когнітивний, емоційно-ціннісний, поведінково-діяльнісний), визначено критерії та відповідні показники такої поведінки, схарактеризовано її типи (екологічно доцільний, екологічно ситуативний, екологічно індиферентний, екологічно деструктивний).У дисертаційному дослідженні проаналізовано потенціал української етнічної культури щодо формування екологічної поведінки учнів початкових класів. Вперше теоретично обґрунтовано, розроблено та експериментально перевірено методику формування екологічної поведінки учнів початкової школи засобами української етнічної культури.^UThe thesis focuses on the problem of formation of ecological behavior of primary school pupils by means of Ukrainian ethnic culture.The nature of the concept of «ecological behavior of primary school pupils» is clarified by means of theoretical analysis. It is mentioned that it can be a direct or indirect process of interaction between children of 6-10 years of age with natural systems, objects and resources. This process is caused by the internal and external determinants, and can be observed and manifested in actions, sayings and emotions. The determinants of ecological behavior of primary school pupils are proved, the specific tendencies of their influence on the personality of the junior pupil are discovered. These determinants are conventionally divided into two groups: initial (act directly, at the time of the behavioral act) and secondary (delayed in time). Initial determinants, are combined into internal (irritants which depend on the personality) and external (irritants which come from the environment) according to the factors that caused them. Feelings, mentality and will we refer to the internal determinants and control, patterns for imitation (positive or negative) and passive social control we refer to the external determinants. Among the secondary (delayed in time) factors we distinguish personal experience, the system of values and life position.The dissertation analyzes the potential of Ukrainian ethnic culture for the formation of the ecological behavior of primary school pupils. We define also its structural components: ancient folk beliefs (myths, beliefs), Ukrainian folk music, folk customs, festive ceremonial culture, Ukrainian decorative and applied art. Among the variety of components of ethnic culture, the most effective ones are selected.The following basic components of the environmental behavior of elementary school students are clarified: cognitive (the impression of puplis about the environment and understanding of the consequences of human activity), value- emotional (emotional subject-subject relation to nature, reflected in emotions and feelings, caused by objects of the environment) and active-behavioral (the ability of the individual to regulate their own behavior in the environment, the use of available knowledge during direct or indirect interaction with the environment). Basic components of the environmental behavior of primary school pupils gives us the opportunity to reveal the following criteria: the level of knowledge about the environment and ways of behavior in the environment (pupils' knowledge about nature, knowledge of Ukrainian traditions of preservation and restoration of nature, folklore, concerning natural objects, national ecological taboos); value attitude to nature (emotional position to plant and animal life, environmental problems, interest in environmental issues); practical skills of environmental behavior (knowledge of norms and rules and skills of ecological behavior).The types of ecological behavior of primary school pupils are identified and characterized, namely: ecologically-expedient, ecologically-situational, ecologically-indifferent, ecologically-destructive.The methodology of the formation of ecological behavior of primary school pupils by means of Ukrainian ethnic culture is theoretically substantiated. The structural components of the methodology are reflected in the target vocabulary. The goal and the tasks of the experiment are defined. The following blocks are distinguished: the conceptual block (the theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of the ecological behavior of primary school pupils); the diagnostic block (the unity of criteria and indicators for the description of the corresponding types of environmental behavior); the forming block (the characteristics of the activities, methods and techniques of formation of ecological behavior of primary school pupils in their everyday life); the block of results (the dynamics of changes in the types of ecological behavior of primary school pupils).The thesis focuses on the Ukrainian ethnic culture potential in the process of formation of ecological behavior of primary school pupils. The methods of formation of ecological behavior of primary school pupils by means of Ukrainian ethnic culture are theoretically grounded, developed and experimentally tested for the first time.

Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню біопродуктивності та енергетичного потенціалу лісів Київського Полісся, що дозволить комплексно оцінити процеси накопичення енергії у лісових екосистемах регіону та розробити нормативно-інформаційне забезпечення використання їх еколого-енергетичного потенціалу на засадах економічної сталості та екологічної збалансованості. Здійснено аналіз лісівничо-таксаційної структури деревостанів панівних деревних видів Київського Полісся та Відокремленого підрозділу Національного університету біоресурсів і природокористування України «Боярська лісова дослідна станція» як пілотного об'єкта. Закладено тимчасові пробні площі для оцінки компонентів біотичної продуктивності та енергетичного потенціалу деревостанів основних лісотвірних видів.Проведено статистичний аналіз показників компонентів фітомаси та енергетичного потенціалу деревостанів. Встановлено, що таксаційну основу для оцінювання енергетичного потенціалу деревної біомаси лісів становить їхня видова та вікова структури. Досліджено параметри середньої питомої енергоємності різних деревних видів та компонентів фітомаси, які вказують на значну їх диференціацію. Оцінено загальні обсяги енергії, акумульованої у рослинній біомасі лісів Київського Полісся. Встановлено різницю у трендах щільності енергії та їх зміни для фітомаси й мортмаси лісів регіону. Здійснено оцінку п'яти типів енергетичного потенціалу деревостанів (теоретично можливий, технічно доступний, екологічно безпечний, економічно доцільний та соціально зумовлений) у межах складових (дров'яна стовбурова деревина, лісові деревні відходи та лісопромислові деревні відходи). Для оцінки і прийняття обґрунтованих рішень щодо сталого використання деревної біомаси лісів для енергетичних цілей у межах Відокремленого підрозділу Національного університету біоресурсів і природо-користування України «Боярська лісова дослідна станція» апробовано програмний продукт «Лісовпорядник».^UThe thesis is devoted to the research of energy productivity and energy potential of the forests of Kyiv Polissia, which will allow to evaluate complex processes of energy accumulation in the forest ecosystems of the region and to develop information tools to ensure the use of their ecological and energy potential on the basis of economic sustainability and environmental balance. The analysis of silvicultural and biometric structure of stands composed of the dominant tree species of Kyiv Polissia and of Boyarka Forest Research Station of National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine as a pilot object. Temporary sample plots have been established to evaluate the components of biotic productivity and energy potential of stands of the main forest-forming tree species. The statistical analysis of indicators of live biomass components and energy potential of stands has been carried out. It has been found that the mensurational basis for assessing the energy potential of forests' wood biomass is their species and age structure. The parameters of the mean specific energy content have been investigated for different tree species and live biomass components indicating their major differentiation. The total amount of energy accumulated in the vegetal biomass of forests in Kyiv Polissia has been assessed. The differences in energy density trends and their changes for live biomass and dead organic matter of the region's forests have been established. Five types of energy potential of stands have been assessed (theoretically possible, technically accessible, environmentally safe, economically profitable and socially conditioned) by their constituents (stem firewood, primary forest residues and secondary forest residues). To assess and make informed decisions regarding the sustainable use of wood biomass for energy purposes within the Separated subdivision of National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine «Boyarka Forestry Research Station», the «Forest Inventory Engineer» software has been approbated.

Дисертація присвячена вирішенню актуальної наукової задачі розроблення моделей інформаційної технології системи контролю і управління суміщенням фарб рулонних друкарських машин на основі створення інформаційних моделей багатополюсних компонентів для дослідження, розрахунку і вдосконалення елементів та систем рулонних друкарських машин довільної структури.Проведено системний аналіз контролю процесу суміщення фарб та існуючих систем. Показано, що на даний час відсутні моделі суміщення фарб в абсолютних координатах та дослідження динамічних процесів суміщення фарб. Розвинуті нові підходи до опису електромеханічних систем, основані на багатополюсних інформаційних моделях компонент електромеханічних і стрічкопровідних систем. Електромеханічна і стрічкопровідна система друкарської машини представлена у вигляді шестиполюсних інформаційних компонентів та зв'язків між ними. Проведено дослідження властивостей ділянки паперової стрічки як в'язкопружної системи при дії зовнішнього постійного та змінного навантаження. Отримано основне співвідношення, що описує властивості стрічкопровідної системи з в'язкопружною стрічкою в усталеному режимі. Досліджено вплив явища повзучості та перехідні характеристики натягу, зокрема газетного і журнального паперу. Оптимізація системи натягу із застосуванням ПІД-регулятора дозволила зменшити збурення у 2,5 рази. Отримані результати дослідження стали основою для побудови ієрархічної структури інформаційної технології системи контролю і управління суміщенням фарб багатосекційних РДМ на основі багатополюсних компонентів.Ключові слова: інформаційна технологія, інформаційна модель, багатополюсні компоненти, стрічкопровідна система, система суміщення фарб, рулонна друкарська машина.^UThe dissertation is devoted to the decision of an actual scientific problem of development of models of information technology of system of control and management of combination of paints of rolled printing machines on the basis of creation of information models of multipolar components for research, calculation and improvement of elements and systems of rolled printing machines of arbitrary structure. It is shown that currently there are no models of color matching in absolute coordinates and dynamic processes of color matching. New approaches to the description of electromechanical systems based on creation of multipolar information models of components of electromechanical and tape systems are developed. The electromechanical and tape system of the printing machine is presented in the form of six-pole information models of components and connections between them. The properties of the paper tape section as a viscoelastic system under the action of external constant and variable load have been studied. The basic relation describing the properties of a tape-conducting system with a viscoelastic tape in a steady state is obtained. The influence of the phenomenon of creep and transient characteristics of tension, in particular newsprint and magazine paper are investigated. Optimization of the tension system with the use of PID regulator allowed to reduce the disturbance by 2.5 times. The expediency of dividing the control area into an active dynamic and stationary fixed part, which is respectively provided by PI and PD regulators, is indicated. The corresponding block diagram of the digital regulator of combination of paints is offered.
