Викладено сучасні погляди на розповсюдженість,онкологічних захворювань, їх етіологію та фактори ризику. Purpose. To prove the necessity of introduction of the electronic testing and examination system as an effective means of the corruption prevention in higher educational institutions; description of the methods of computer-aided system of summative assessment of knowledge for students receiving higher education in different disciplines, which allows comprehensive estimating of the degree of knowledge of academic material and ability to solve creative problems. Methodology. Theoretical methods: psychological-pedagogical and theoretical-methodological analysis. Empirical methods: modeling, research and generalization of educational experience, experiment, survey. Findings. The method of electronic examinations and tests has been developed. The computer-aided system of students' academic progress summative assessment developed by the authors has been introduced in the learning process of the university. The system is cost-effective, user friendly, has low system requirements for hardware, and allows documenting examination results and saving the documents to archives. The system allows avoiding the influence of a teacher's attitude on students' marks through anonymous assessment of creative tasks of different kind. It provides the comprehensive and objective control and estimation of students' knowledge, encourages the self-discipline of both students and professors, motivates the students to work harder, and prevents corruption during the examinations. Originality. The computer-aided system of students' knowledge control in different disciplines, which provides the ability to perform creative tasks with optional degree of complexity, has been designed. Practical value. The introduction of the results into educational activities of higher educational institutions may improve students' educational progress.

The effect of mechanical treatment of the Z-surface of a lithium niobate single crystal on the properties of a pyroelectric X-ray source was experimentally investigated. In the experiment, the properties of the source were measured with a roughness of the Z-surface of the crystal in the range 3-8 mu m. As a result, the effect of the surface roughness of the pyroelectric crystal on the process of X-ray generation with a pyroelectric effect is shown.

Наведено теоретичні та експериментальні дослідження щодо визначення коефіцієнтів внутрішньої дифузії вологи з капілярно-пористих матеріалів рослинного походження під час фільтраційного сушіння бурякового жому, побічного продукту цукрового виробництва. Для знаходження коефіцієнта внутрішньої дифузії використано модель, що базується на розв'язку диференційного рівняння внутрішньої дифузії з відповідними початковими та граничними умовами. Встановлено, що процес сушіння бурякового жому відбувається у другому періоді, а лімітуючою стадією є внутрішньодифузійне масоперенесення.

Наведено теоретичні та експериментальні дослідження щодо визначення коефіцієнтів внутрішньої дифузії вологи з капілярно-пористих матеріалів рослинного походження під час фільтраційного сушіння бурякового жому, побічного продукту цукрового виробництва. Встановлено, що процес сушіння бурякового жому відбувається у другому періоді, а лімітуючою стадією є внутрішньодифузійне масоперенесення.

Розглянуто комп'ютерне моделювання процесу кавітації у рідких середовищах. Виконано експериментальні дослідження закономірностей процесу кавітації модельних розчинів, наведено залежності зміни параметрів ефективності процесу від концентрації розчину та частоти вібрації. Створено твердотільну модель лабораторного віброрезонансного електромагнітного кавітатора у програмному комплексі SolidWorks 2016 Educational Edition. На підставі моделювання процесу кавітації визначено основні гідродинамічні параметри: зміну температури, статичного тиску та швидкості потоку у робочій камері лабораторної установки.

У протистоянні народу України агресивній політиці Російської Федерації є актуальним питання вивчення досвіду бойових дійна сході нашої держави. Аналіз втрат, яких зазнали Збройні сили України та мирне населення, за час ведення операції Об'єднаних сил (антитерористичної операції) на території Донецької та Луганської областей чітко вказують на необхідність вивчення питання впливу навантажень, викликаних вибухом різних за спорядженням боєприпасів, обгрунтування рекомендацій щодо підвищення захисних властивостей укрить і вибору місць їх розташування. Конструкції таких споруд розраховують на особливі сполучення навантажень, які складаються з постійних, тимчасових, тривалих навантажень і навантажень, створюваних ударною хвилею. Розглянуто найбільш поширені питання, які виникають на етапі улаштування укрить в будівлях та поза ними. На основі експериментальних досліджень, формули Тейлора та системи нестаціонарних рівнянь Нав'є - Стокса для газу проведено аналіз впливу зовнішніх і внутрішніх факторів на можливий характер динамічного навантаження від ударної хвилі на будівлі споруди та елементи конструкцій, у яких розташовуються укриття. Мета роботи - дослідження впливу динамічних навантажень від ударної хвилі на укриття які розміщені під технічним підвальним приміщенням, що окремо розташовані та елементи входів в укриття. Результати досліджень параметрів динамічних навантажень показали, що при розташуванні сховищ у підвальних приміщеннях будівель, їх стійкість характеризується трьома параметрами: максимальним тиском, часом наростання навантаження до максимуму та ефективним часом дії. Параметри навантажень і закон їх зміни в часі залежать від розміщення споруди відносно поверхні землі та будівлі, сили вибуху та відстані до центра вибуху.

Purpose. To systematize current problems in the field of using modern methods for evaluating the effectiveness of regional development programs in Ukraine and to substantiate the scientific foundations of program evaluation methodologies in accordance with modern principles of program-target planning. Methodology. In the process of work, generally accepted methods of scientific economic research were used, namely, systematic and comparative analysis of scientific literature, practices of development and implementation of spatial development programs in Ukraine and abroad, generalization, methods of logical abstraction and generation of conclusions. Findings. As a result of the conducted research, a problem is established of the lack of a regional development program evaluation system in Ukraine, which reduces the effectiveness of the creation and implementation of such programs. The research lays out the foundations of a scientifically based methodology for monitoring and evaluating regional development programs, which has been tested in economically developed countries and requires further scientific elaboration and introduction into the practice of state regulation of post-war reconstruction and socio-economic development of the regions of Ukraine. Originality. The scientific and practical prerequisites and the current state of the problem of forming a modern system for assessing the effectiveness of regional development programs in Ukraine are revealed. The concept of the theory and methodology of forming a modern evaluation mechanism of post-war reconstruction and development programs of Ukraine's regions is put forward, theoretically justified and confirmed by the practice of regional management in economically developed countries. Practical value. The introduction of the proposed methodology for the development and implementation of regional development programs will ensure compliance of the practice of regional management in Ukraine with EU standards, which will contribute to European integration processes; will increase the capabilities of state authorities and local governments to attract funds for post-war reconstruction programs and further development of Ukraine's regions; will ensure transparency of the use of funds in the process of program implementation and reduce the level of corruption risks; will increase the efficiency of program implementation in general.
