Collection of works by the Institute of Biographical Research of the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine is devoted to the problems of the theory and methodology of biography, topical issues of its experience, current state and promising development tasks. The fourth issue of the collection contains abstracts of reports and messages of participants of the XXI Biographical Readings “Biography and Patriotic Consolidation of Ukrainian Society”, which took place on June 4, 2025 in Kyiv, as well as materials for the “Ukrainian National Biographical Archive”.

The publication is aimed at scientists working in the field of biography, biobibliography, social communications, development of electronic resources of biographical information, as well as a wide range of people interested in national history and culture.
