Single mother with refugees find themselves in difficult situations, which is usually lead by poverty, limited educational opportunities, profession, access to health and social services and so on. To analyze peculiarities of future social professionals to work with single mothers among refugees. Theoretical methods are used in the paper: - a method of theoretical synthesis for defining notions "refugees", "internally displaced people"; and the method of system-structural analysis, implementation of which has made it possible to distinguish the main stages of the formation of social work future specialists to with single mothers among refugees. The features of social policies for socially vulnerable groups of people implementation, and above all - refugees, their status in the legal dimension of Ukrainian legislation are covered in the article. It is proved that today is particularly actual the necessity for qualified social specialists being ready to work with representatives of socially disadvantaged groups, and especially - with single mothers of refugees. It is noted that the specificity of social sphere professional work with single mothers among refugees is determined by: the peculiarities of goals and objectives; content areas and activities; features of social work. Prospects for further research is seen in developing organizational and pedagogical conditions of readiness formation to work with single mothers among refugees.

Education is a competitive advantage of personality in economically oriented society. Quality education as the main component of human capital is a determining element of competitiveness and sustainable development of the country and its citizens. The article outlines the trend of using social-philosophical analysis and forecasting of educational policy. Education is seen as an interdisciplinary problem and the community technology. This article is part of a study on the problems of understanding education as a social technology that makes a given direction as the life of the individual (personal dimension) and the direction of the development of society and certain state (social dimension). Education, as the author's vision, is a tool to implement the objectives circuit that the person sets during his life. Setting of personal goals depends on social conditions of livelihoods (or - lifeart) of person. Therefore, the article analyzes the phenomenon of democracy as a condition for the formation and implementation of effective personal goal-setting. Democracy, like education, has its own identifying characteristics inherent in a single society in this context - national. This was the ground for the analysis of a basis of democratic Ukrainian society, which has a separate weight in terms of transformation processes taking place in the modern Ukrainian state. To analyze the democratic foundations of Ukrainian education, the analysis is done of already existing views on this perspective, the key, according to the author, historical landmarks of formation Ukrainian mentality on the principles of democracy are highlighted. The traditions of society "require" the formation of this type of man who would maintain and develop the existing public property. The task of creating such a person is laid on education as the technology of formation 'new' social person. Therefore, pedagogical education becomes particularly important that forms the "leaders" of social change, because teachers are formation tool of a new generation. From the dominant ideas of that the purpose of education is the acquisition of scientific knowledge of reality that exists outside of man; society comes to understanding each student as the carrier of individual experience. As it recognizes the right to disclosure of his capacity, received from the nature of individual virtue, and the teacher should only help him by providing the appropriate conditions. The current state of education in Ukraine is analyzed on these bases. After reviewing the following conclusions are: the existing Ukrainian social democratic foundations and traditions allow forming society through education that is understood as deliberately implemented social technology. This gave reasons to see the isolation of separate direction of research - philosophical analysis and forecasting of educational policy. Educational policy to achieve the ambitious goals begins with the formation of high-quality teaching staff through the field of teacher education, which operates on the new European standards and principles taking into account their needs of national identify.

Professional education acquires qualitative changes for the production of claiming specialist of new quality level, who is able to quick adaptation according to the rates of scientific-technological development of society. The scientific-technological progress provides the quick development of production that stipulates the necessity in specialists of professional-technical specialties, in general and in construction profile particularly. The attention is raised mostly to personal, behavioral components of professional level of master of industrial braining of construction profile and the peculiarities of its image formation. The analysis of image of future masters of industrial training of construction profile and the allocation of the components of its structure. Specific character of professional activity of master of industrial training of building construction is rather complex through is causes the existence of professional production competence, organizational and management skills and weighty teaching skills. That is why we understand the image of the future master of industrial training of construction profile as cumulative image of the specialist, who combines and synchronizes personal professional characteristics in complex way. There determined the personal-intellectual, practically-effective and social-image components of professional image of future industrial training masters of construction profile. The effectiveness of which is caused by the interaction and complementarity to the another for the formation of harmonious image of the professional. For the first time there analyzed the structure of professional image of future masters of industrial training of construction profile. There also distinguisher its component structure. The scientific conception about the specific character and the structure of the process of formation of the professional image of the notion "the image of the master of industrial training" are the future trends of our research. At the modern period the profession of industrial training of construction profile is updated connection with the lack of provision of professional technical personal. The formation of professional image of the master of industrial training of construction profile as cumulative multy-aspects image, reflected in social expectations of society, gets exceptional meaning. While organizing the process of formation of professional image of master of industrial training of construction profile it is necessary to take into consideration the component composition of its structure especially personally-intellectual component, practically-effective component and social-image. The outlined components cannot exist isolated with one another. They interact synergistic and amplify each other.

In the article, key stages of the Reforming Social Services: Canada-Ukraine Project (1999 - 2003) are described: as well, concepts are introduced and discussed as these relate to broad goals associated with social development. The purpose of the article is to describe the development of the Social Work Program at Lviv Polytechnic National University and the unique nature of its partnership with community-based disability organizations. The quality and sustainability of the initiative following the end of CIDA funding are examined. Social development was utilized as a framework for the design and implementation of the project. The project was conceptualized as a process that involved more extensive knowledge and human resource transfers to project activities in Ukraine in the early phase of implementation, a more collaborative form of partnership during the middle to late stages and the transfer of full power and control by the final stage. In the final stage and following the formal conclusion of the project it was recognized that Canadian partners would be acting more as consultants in response to requests from Ukrainian partners. The project impact was assessed in 2006 using a modified case study approach consisting of a review of social work literature in Ukraine, critical personal reflections on the effects of the program and focus group interviews and discussions with representatives from four primary stakeholders: agency-based field instructors, the Advisory Committee to the Social Work Program, social work instructors and social work students near the end of their program of studies. Evaluation feedback from the case study suggests that the goal of developing a sustainable social work education model has been achieved and that the development of supportive partnerships has been important to this outcome. Social development was used as a framework for the design and implementation of the Canada-Ukraine Project. Following the formal conclusion of the project its impact was evaluated using a modified case study approach. The social development framework with its emphasis on participatory approaches and partnerships is a useful guide in re-conceptualizing an approach to international social work education that includes a more critical approach to the adoption of western models of social work education. However, it is only through the application of principles emerging from this perspective that the framework moves beyond rhetoric and takes on real meaning.

In the article is explained the integrated educational environment of the initial school in Germany, summarized the experience of organization of educational process at the initial school and described the didactics system of initial school. The author compares task, values and priorities of educational policy in Germany and in Ukraine. To expose the value of the integrated educational environment of initial school in East Germany; to analyse the tasks and priorities of initial school in the legislative documents of Ukraine and Germany; to characterize the organization of educational process at the initial school of in East Germany; to define conditions of realization of modern educational environment. General scientific: analysis, synthesis, comparison, classification and generalization, which is necessary for the study of compositions of domestic and foreign researchers, official and normative documents; Structural-functional, which made it possible to outline the organizationally pedagogical conditions of forming the integrated educational environment at the initial school of East Germany and to exposure directions of their realization; comparative, which enabled the definition of possibilities to use of German experience for modernization of organizationally pedagogical support of activity of initial school in Ukraine; empiric methods are conversations, interviews, discussion, consideration of research problems during the meetings with German colleagues activity of initial school. In research are exposed the values of integrated educational environment of initial school in East Germany and analyzed the tasks and priorities of initial school in the legislative documents of Ukraine and Germany; described and generalized and experience of organization of the educational process at initial school in East Germany, outlined condition of realization of modern educational environment. For the first time the conditions of forming the integrated educational environment of initial school of East Germany was specified and described the value of educational environment on principles of integration and the experience of organization of educational process at initial school of East Germany. The condition of realization of modern educational environment are outlined; the comparative analysis of some documents is conducted in industry of formation of Germany and Ukraine and it was proved that school education of two these states has a same common goal. To generalize the experience of the German researchers is to be emphasized that the forming of the integrated educational environment gives the possibility to find out the problem sides of the school system of education; to find the optimal algorithm of decision of topical questions; to improve the indexes of student's literacy; to promote professionalism of pedagogical staff and smoothing of educational possibilities of students. This experience is extraordinary important for Ukraine and needs to be studied more detailed and to be implemented in the system of domestic primary education.

Reforming of the modern educational system requires a fundamentally new approach to training managers of tourism for their professional career. Active search of ways to improve the educational technologies of training tourism managers focused on the formation of professional competence, development of creative and potential abilities, security of effective conditions for student's self-improvement in extracurricular activities are made today. The purpose of the article is the grounding of pedagogical conditions of would-be tourism managers' self-improvement in extracurricular activities. The article analyzes the features of professional training of would-be tourism managers. Pedagogical conditions of would-be tourism managers' self-improvement have been grounded. It has been argued that the successful effectiveness of the formation process of the need for professional self- improvement of future tourism managers depends on the compliance of the following pedagogical conditions: would-be tourism managers' preparedness formation for professional self-improvement; phasing the process of would-be tourism managers' professional self-improvement; motivation to participate in various forms of extracurricular activities. It has been proved that the basic rules which should be followed in the process of organizing students' extracurricular activities in the university must be: diversifying forms of extracurricular activities; compliance with the clear content of tasks for students in extracurricular activities; formation of interest in future professional career; stimulation of the need for self-development, self-training and self-education. Prospects for further research are in the development of appropriate scientific and methodological complex materials, in particular - guidelines for teachers concerning the organization of extracurricular activities, improvement of students' individual work.

The article deals with life skills as part of boarding school graduates' social competence. It is confirmed that to solve the problem of social competence after leaving the orphanage, it is necessary to take a number of measures aimed at the formation of life skills among graduates. Children from the orphanage do not have an adequate level of social competence, they do not ready for life in society; they have inaccurate preventive knowledge, distorted personal development: aggressive, emotionally unstable, impulsive, egocentric; they do not have the habit of self-analysis, they have low level of self-esteem; these children are not able to make decisions, plan their actions and be responsible for them. Strict regulation of regime includes the possibility of formation the affective behavior skills' these children. That is why the formation of life skills should be the goal of educational programs and the core of socialization. As graduates of boarding school to get into a specific form of being community, to which the person belongs, painlessly adapt to it and in it, you must: have a certain amount of purposefully arranged information that allows you to create your image and prototype of objective reality; take freedom as a perceived necessity, as the possibility of relying on high-quality social information, to realize a personal choice of behavior; understand the diversity of the modern world and its contradictions; learn to make the right decision. All this allows people to achieve social intelligence, which is the derived result of social competence. Life skills formation is aimed at teaching people the ability to build a decent life, manage it and bear personal responsibility for it. Exactly in this sense, there is a life skills link with social competence, considering its first component. The concept of forming life skills and viable individual social competence can be seen as an integral component and as one of the viable ways of their achieving relatively marginalized population groups, which sometimes include graduates of boarding schools. Since the individual life skills based on a broad (public) vision of the world, the relationship in it, have systemic character, the process of their formation involves first of all information, i.e. the mastering by a student a certain amount of social information, its timely obtaining and credible character.

The paper discusses the economic aspects of the innovative development of travel enterprise. The primary conditions of this development are defined. In particular, the essence of "resultant" type of management for the creative development of travel company is debated. A general scheme of an interaction of economic agents in the control system of innovative development of tourist business is presented. Purpose of the article is a further study of economic aspects of innovative development of regional tourism market. The following features if innovates governance were defined: Availability of material resources. These include almost any object, complex object, an image or an idea, which can cause a consumer interest in travel services. Availability of investment resources. In general, an investment in tourism industry means the temporary abandonment of resource consumption for the purpose of increasing the revenues in the future. Availability of labor resources. The importance of labor is growing due to nature of the tourist product and its distribution. Despite the large number of studies, there are currently no unified methodological approach to determining the economic essence of innovation enterprises of the travel industry. This paper broadens poorly described features of the economy innovation of tourism enterprises. It helps to ensure its long-term existence and stability of the market in terms of formation and development of the national economy. It is stated, that as the object of the travel market management, the efficiency as a complex category should be considered. At the same time, the main direction of innovative development of tourism at the regional level is the formation of its social dimension through the sustainable growth of economic indicators and the rational use of the economic potential of the region.

Professional orientation of adolescents is of great importance in the process attaching of assistance to adolescents in choosing of future profession. In this aspect, importance meaning has to their health. To help in the right choosing of profession by adolescents who have chronic illness and functional abnormalities, called of medical professional orientation. The topicality in the medical professional orientation is related from several factors, including the important role played of unfavorable tendencies in the state of health of modern adolescents. Formation of market relations and increase of the requirements to intensity and quality of work is increasing stress on the body in the process of work's activity and improves of the health requirements. In spite of the presence of a number of publications, which mainly reflects of physiological and hygienic, psychological aspects of professional usefulness of adolescents, in this time is little researches dedicated of medical professional orientation of adolescents. In this context, the aim of our research consisted in elucidate of the medical aspects of professional orientation and work activity of adolescents in the process of selection and medical advice. The results of research showed that the work from realization of the professional orientation among adolescents carried of doctors-pediatrician together with teachers and psychologists. The main tasks of the doctor is the selection for adolescent with disabilities in the state of health of optimum specialization, choice of place of production practices and develop recommendations with the most rational employment. This work should be carried out at all stages of professional preparation of adolescent, from including possible changes of the state of health. The medical-professional advice is necessary element of medical health of children and adolescents throughout all the period of school and professional teaching. During of realization the medical and professional consulting based on the detected violations of the state health of the adolescent determined of individual limits of professional usefulness to influence certain of professional-production factors, for professions and kind of activity. For medical evidence during the professional suitability understand the most comprehensive compliance of functionality possibility of body to requirements its applicable to the professions. Informations about the professional suitability of adolescent to the chosen profession recorded in the medical certificate (medical professional-advicing conclusion - form 086 / U), confirmed by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. In the process of determining of professional proficiency of adolescents the doctor should be controled by a list of medical contraindications to the professions and specialities of professional education, its recommended for adolescents with disabilities is the state of health. Thus, the realizationa of medical professional orientation lies in choice for adolescent with disabilities in the state of health of optimal specialization, choosing a place of production practices and making recommendations from the most rational work organize.

The article pays attention to the changing role of the teacher of vocational school in modern conditions through the use of instruments of coaching. Specifically: on the counterweight of the approach to the student, the teacher should develop ability to learn, new thinking strategies and actions thus obtaining a much better end results; provoke to meet new situations not focusing on improving existing ones. The teacher should get it through the creation and modeling situations to place students in new situations with new external information. Besides modern teacher should provoke a stronger feeling of the situation and inspire students of vocational schools to make their own decisions, giving them the opportunity to get in the end the professional who is able to make independent and responsible decisions in their professional work. We believe that the instruments of coaching (changing of optics, using the Dilt's pyramid, provocative and deepen questions) allow the implementation of all the above assumed tasks and functions of a modern teacher in vocational education and training. The results of research which dealt with students' self estimation of their strengths and weaknesses which should effect their willingness to learn and in the future - their professional performance - are presented in the article.

An integral component of future social workers' professional training is self-education. Namely self-education is determined by many researchers as a way and result of a specialist's qualitative personal growth. Modern teachers of higher educational establishments as well as practitioners in the field of social sphere turn to scientists with questions about: search of methods, techniques, technologies of an individual's involvement to self-education; increase of motivation to self-education activities; reaching a high self-education level and so on. However, the lack of practical skills, inability to choose and use modern and efficient methods of self-education complicate this process and negatively affect its results. These issues require scientific-and-theoretical understanding, practical testing and grounding. The urgent need for future social workers' professional training at higher educational establishments is to create new ways of self-education; transfer of knowledge and forming skills that would provide an opportunity for students during their studies at a higher educational establishment to acquire independently modern information necessary for solving customers' urgent problems, to use it for self-development and self-improvement. The topicality of the chosen theme is due to existing contradictions between: the need for continuous improvement of the process of students' self-education and the lack of validity of methodological approaches to future social workers' self-education; current requirements to a social worker's professional activities and insufficient awareness of the role and place of self-education in future social workers professional training; the need of technologization of students' self-education and traditional approach to its organization at higher educational establishments. By means of observations (direct and indirect), discussions, study of educational and methodical documentation, comparative analysis, which were carried out in the process of teaching and learning by students of subjects professionally oriented discipline training in practical departments; conducting educational and social work was singled out. The purpose of this article is to analyze the existing works on issues of future social workers' self-education technology and development and justification of stages of the technology. Self-education is a social process that is based, on the one hand, on demands of a society to a certain profession, and, on the other hand, it depends on the attitude of a professional to the requirements imposed by society to the profession. The process of self-education is a technology represented by several interrelated stages aimed at obtaining a guaranteed positive result. It is necessary to mention that the developed by us structure and content of the technology of future social workers' self-education has three stages: initial, basic, final. The initial stage of the technology involves studying students' needs as for self-education, identification of existing motives as for self-education (cognitive, activity, training, professional).

The article analyzes the current requirements and approaches to elementary school teachers' training. Particular attention is paid to a nature and a structure of future elementary school teachers' readiness to use authorial technologies in profession actvity. The article provides an author's own interpretation of the phenomenon of "future elementary school teachers's readiness to use authorial technologies." It is proven that the future elementary school teachers' readiness to use authorial technologies is an integrant of their readiness for innovation in the structure of motivational orientation, content-operational and evaluative-reflective components. It is noted in the article that future elementary school teachers' readiness to use authorial technologies should be considered from the perspective of personal approach.

Contemporaneity demands the appliance of the new forms and standards as for the environmental component on the high school. Today the formation of ecological competence in combination with getting a profession during the high school studying is being important. Just the formation of ecological competence of future industrial training masters in general, is the extremely important process through the modern students are responsible for the level of ecological and orientation of their pupils in future. Despite the numerous publications the given research topic is not fully investigated. Allocation and justification of the structural components of ecological competence of future industrial training masters of construction profile in the process of professional training clarification of criteria, parameters and indices of moulding of every of them. The attention is accentuated on the problem of forming of ecological competence of future industrial training masters. The development of construction sphere, particularly, puts a priority on environmental issues. During the process of the professional training there formed the ecological competence of future specialists. The given competence is especially important for the masters of industrial training. In the investigation mrerhed the separate structural components of ecological competence of future industrial training masters of construction profile: cognitive-intellectual, emotional-valuable, activity-behavioral. The criteria, parameters, definitions of given structures are defined more exactly. Due to the analysis there created the structure of ecological competence of future industrial building masters of construction profile for the first time. Three components are input to the composition of the: cognitive-intellectual, emotional-valuable, activity-behavioral. Scientific conception about the essence structure of the process of formation of ecological competence of masters of industrial training of construction profile, the notion "the masters of industrial building". We analized the literature of psychology and pedagogics and determine the components of ecological competence of future masters of industrial training of construction profile (cognitive-intellectual, emotional-valuable, activity-behavioral). There also determine the criteria, parameters and definitions of above mentioned components. The results given due to the investigation are recommended to use in the organization and the diagnostics of the process of formation of ecological competence of the above-mentioned category of specialists. The study does not cover all aspects of the problem. That is why further investigation will be oriented on the definition of the level of moulding of ecological competence of students.

Under the conditions of integration of Ukrainian education sector to the European education space foresees specialists' erudition in the sphere of Pedagogics with the specifics of reorganization of a traditional system and its redirecting to the European standards. Education constantly assists in orientation of a young person to self-fulfillment, projection of professional future and will be a key factor of competitiveness in society during their life. Atthe present stage the content of education in a general education institution is insufficiently adapted to future needs of pupils due to the absence of an integral system of formation of professional self-determination of senior pupils. That is why, the problem of ensuring systemactivity raises, which has to solve the tasks of professional self-determination of youth. A social worker of an educational institution acts as a coordinator and organizer of solution of the problem of professional self-determination of schoolchildren, thus, one of his main objectives is to develop the readiness for professional self-determination in the younger generation. In order to solve this problem there appears a need to create effective conditions to enhance the professional self-determination of senior pupils. Of the article - to consider effective social and pedagogical conditions of enhancement of the professional self-determination of senior pupils. Study of readiness for professional self-determination of senior pupils of a general education school showed a low level of such readiness and improperly provided conditions of system activity for its formation. These results showed the need to ensure pedagogical conditions of systemic activity in formation of professional self-determination of pupils. Analysis of research papers on problems of creation of pedagogical conditions of professional self-determination of senior pupils and with consideration of tendencies and content of professional activity of a social teacher, we have singled out effective social and pedagogical conditions of enhancement of the professional self-determination of senior pupils: application of a person-centered approach in interaction with pupils; design of educational control of the process of professional self-determination of senior pupils; keeping to the principle of systemacy and stepping in the process of formation of professional self-determination of pupils; pupils' mastering the content of the professional orientation course (or upgrading of an existing elective course); application of methods of enhancement of the professional self-determination; organization of practice-oriented study process; expansion of subjects of interaction in the process of professional self-determination of a senior pupil (involvement of psychologists, officials of job centers, vocational centers, centers of social service for family, children and youth, etc.); use of information technology in the education process. The article reveals the matter of the notion of social and pedagogical conditions of professional self-determination of senior pupils.

The peculiarities of self-study of future specialists of civil protection in a higher educational establishment are revealed. It is proved that legal competence of specialists of civil protection is the basic feature of professional activitiy.The purpose of the article is to analyze the role of self-study of future specialists of civil protection in the process of formation of their legal competence.Method of theoretical synthesis for defining the notions of "self-study", "legal competence"; method of system-structural analysis, implementation of which helped to single out the basic principles for organization of self-study of cadets. It is determined that it is necessary to implement the appropriate methodical support from the teaching staff in the organization of self-study of cadets both in the classroom and during extracurricular activities in a higher educational establishment. The importance of methodical content of self-study of cadets has to be limited to solving specific situations and problems using legal knowledge obtained from different disciplines. It is found out that the integration of educational content of cadets in the structure of methodical system of training including professional disciplines and practical preparation involves: the significance and importance of knowledge for cadets; understanding the material under study as a system; implementation of intra-subject and inter-subject relationships; legal orientation of professional courses and practical training. It is proved that all the factors of professional training of cadets in a higher educational establishment have complex positive impact on the formation of legal competence based on purposeful interaction of subjects in the educational process. The process of changing and development of higher education at present stage is characterized by increased emphasis on enhancing the role of self-study of cadets. The main purpose of self-study in a higher educational establishment is to improve the quality of professional training of cadets aimed at establishing the efficient system of basic and professional knowledge and skills that can be freely and independently applied in practice.

In this article, we emphasize that in the conditions of modern social realities there arises a sharp need of preparation of future teachers for educational work with children of work migrants. Purpose of the article - to carry out the content analysis of the concepts "readiness", "professional readiness" in the system of professional preparation of future teachers; determine the components, criteria and indices of formation of readiness of future teachers for work with children of work migrants. We have studied the interpretation of the mentioned concepts in the encyclopedic and special literature. Based on generalization of the scientific approaches, we have determined readiness of future teachers for work with children of work migrants as a result and component of professional readiness of students for educational activity in general; integrated personal quality that is basic for educational activity and ensures the effectiveness of educational tasks solution. Characterizing the essence of the concept "readiness of future teachers for work with children of work migrants", we distinguish its structural elements (components), namely: motivational and target oriented, cognitive, operative-functional, and reflexive-evaluative. Distinguishing of the motivational and target oriented component is explained by an importance of positive inner motivation to work with children from different types of families which is an important component of educational orientation and professional activity. It has been defined that the cognitive component, in general, consists of knowledge and skills concerning organization of educational activity, and in particular, educational activity with children of work migrants. The operative-functional component is interpreted as ability and capacity of a teacher to effectively use the forms, methods and strategies of work with children of work migrants in the professional activity at the establishment of general education. We point out that the reflexive-evaluative component includes awareness, cognitive processing, evaluation and prediction of the process and results of educational work, definition of its trends on a qualitatively new level. We propose the following levels of readiness of future teachers for work with children of work migrants: high (innovative and constructive), sufficient (reproductive-constructive and reproductive) and low (initial andnull). It has been proved that the effectiveness of formation of readiness of future teachers for work with children of work migrants significantly depends on determination of its criteria and indices. Therefore, we have elaborated the scale of indices and criteria for each of the mentioned components that will enable detection of the level of professional readiness of specialists for work with children from the families of work migrants. Thus, the readiness of future teachers for work with children of work migrants is evaluated according to the following components: motivational and target oriented, cognitive, operative-functional, and reflexive-evaluative, and readiness levels: low, sufficient and high.

Academic teacher in higher education is a peculiar profession. His performance of this type of mission, should also be a platform for the realization of personal passion. He requires not only in-depth knowledge and specialized competences, but also a sense of personal and collective responsibility for the education. The goal of this paper is to examine a profile of modern academic teacher. Fulfilling the professional role of a teacher will be the main context. On the other hand, it will be a model for perception of teacher's job in the context of calling for a professional position. Teacher, his/her passion for his job, competences and professionalism, and mostly responsibility are the platform for interaction between student and teacher. The author outlines two elements of the academic teacher role: the first one is already indicated by our responsibility for shaping students, second, is to prepare students to assume responsibility for their actions. The author considers to be important the fulfillment in the two-element system approaches to build a kind of personal relationship between educating and educated. From the available sources derive information on at least 10 characteristics of a teacher is outlined in the article. The technological revolution has forced new forms of learning. In this context, the contemporary teacher should rather find themselves in the role of a guide, a mediator and helper, cooperating with students and discovering with them new ways of acquiring and sharing knowledge, using available forms and ways of communicating. This is considered to be of great importance. The relationship master - student, student - teacher should create a strong foundation of contemporary academic ethos. In summary, you will need at least a few times worked, upgrade and "tame with reality" his model of education. First, to highlight the desired work with the student learning outcomes, and secondly, to meet professionally and work with real passion. Thirdly, and finally, to gain confidence, to maintain authority, authority be and feel pedagogical responsibility.

An important task of our time is the personality formation, capable for self-development, self-knowledge, self-understanding through his own nature and role realization in a dynamic world. The purpose of the article is to highlight features of teaching "Self-identity and Self-regulation" in social sphere specialists' training. The goals and tasks of the course are defined, which are aimed at student's disclosing the internal potential, his attitude to himself through self-knowledge, at becoming acquainted with the history, theory and methodology of self-education, at mastering self and life creation technologies, methods, techniques and skills of self-education activities. The article deals with the author's approach to the study of the outstanding teachers' contribution to the home history, theory and practice of self-identity and self-development based on primary sources investigation (Yaroslav the Wise, Vladimir Monomakh, Metropolitan Hilarion, Feofan Prokopovich, Hryhoriy Skovoroda, Taras Shevchenko, Lesya Ukrainka, M. Pirogov, I. Franko, K. Ushinsky, G. Vashchenko, Alexander Makarenko, V. Sukhomlinsky et al.). The specificity of the training course is singled out: it is not so much educational as training course that promotes sustainable cultivation needs, the ability of the individual to self-education, self-development of itself; the content of lessons is aimed at enabling role self-education awareness that will form the core of the ability to learn throughout life; performing independent work and creative tasks, programming and self-educating, their own life project encourages students to choose and implement the methods of self-knowledge and self-education. The importance of methods and techniques of self-knowledge is determined: accumulating other people's opinions of themselves, introspection, self-analysis, self-report, comparing yourself with others, verbalization of their own feelings and experiences, the use of special assistance. The basic forms and methods of work in preparing the course are offered: organizing discussions, trainings, business and creative games, contests, tests, diagnostic methods, presentations of books and creative works, meetings with creative people. The importance of developing plans and programs of self-education, mastering the technology of self-education influence is suggested. The motives of students' self-education and self-development is found out as the future professional work and personal life. It is proved that the role of the teacher in the elaboration of the course is to develop self-conscious needs, creating favorable conditions for successful cultivation, collective self students. Discovered principles self-education of students: principles of development initiative and self-government. Now the role of social, psychological and personal factors and the human capacity for self-development, self-control and self-improvement, implementation of the educational process of the University mentioned in the article course is very important.
