The monography studies the wide range of questions on developing dissertation research of books and periodicals in independent Ukraine, when the ideological limitations were lifted. Taking into account the analysis of dissertations on books and periodicals as a model example of social communication, the monography studies the problem of developing consolidated scientific resource basing in scientific libraries as modern communication institutions, it proposes the integrated model for information analytic expert system of social communication scientific space for expert and prognosing functions of science development
