The scientific abstract review presents more than 250 abstracts of publications that reflect the trends in the development of librarianship in Ukraine during the war (from 2014 to the present) and lay the theoretical and methodological foundation for the post-war restoration and development of domestic libraries. The scientific publications summarized in the review substantiate current strategies for preserving and making collections accessible, establishing digital scientific communication by libraries in a situation of dispersion of critical scientific infrastructure and mass migration of scientists. Much attention is paid to the activities of international initiatives to preserve the historical and cultural heritage of Ukraine. New digital resources and tools for remote user service implemented by scientific libraries of Ukraine are considered. The experience of productive interaction of Ukrainian libraries with international partners and scientific diaspora is highlighted. Publications dedicated to overcoming the post-war crisis in the cultural sphere and librarianship in other countries are presented. All the abstracts given are supplemented with links to documents posted in the open access. The materials of the scientific abstract review can be useful to libraries, research institutions, archives, higher education institutions, government agencies, and non-governmental public organizations in planning and administering activities during martial law.
