The collective monograph examines the growing role of library institutions – an important component of the national information complex – in the strategic management of the architecture of electronic information communications, to enhance using of opportunities for revitalizing mental memory in modern national and cultural evolution, in improving national information creation, ensuring the process of using global information resources to support national development.

For scholars, practitioners in the fi eld of informatization, and the common readers interested in this problem.
