The collection contains materials of the International scientific conference “Library. Science. Communication. Integration into the international library field” (8-10th Oct. 2024). It studies the important aspects of development of the library-informational potential, modern issues of library and information potential development, modern problems of the functioning of scientific libraries and ways to overcome them; it presents the results of scientific research and proposals for optimizing activities in the field of library, information and archival affairs. Ukrainian and international specialists present theoretical and applied aspects of formation, use, organization of digital information resources access of the scientific library in the web world and optimization of library and information activities for the new knowledge development and provision of information needs of society. Current issues regarding the organization and management of the library and information complex in the conditions of modern challenges are considered; information resources and library services under international integration; library and information products and services in the field of political and socio-legal information; preservation and popularization of the manuscript heritage of Ukraine on the national and international scales; classic/modern approaches and integration into the international space of Ukrainian bio graphics of the wartime; ways of integration into the European intellectual space of archival scientific heritage of Ukraine; state of musical culture today; editorial sources of historical and cultural heritage of Ukraine; Ukrainian book publishing of the 16th–19th centuries in the European context (commemorating 450 years of the tradition of "sowing spiritual seeds around the world"); challenges and issues of the the presidency institute communication during wartime; receptions of Franz Kafka's works in library collections (for the 100th anniversary of his death); modern problems of preservation of library and archival funds, which are the cultural heritage of Ukraine; researchers of the Ukrainian diaspora; history of preservation and study of library, archival, museum funds and monuments of Ukrainian Judaica. The publication is targeted at employees of the library and information industry, specialists in the document and communication field, teachers, graduate students and students of higher education institutions.
