The mongraphy investigates the content, specifics and chief tendencies for development of librarian internet support as a prospective form of communication between the library and the user. It examines the experience of digital customer service today in chief international libraries and libraries of Ukraine. The experience of implementation of digital interactive information technologies for customer support was analyzed and summarised. The promising development directions of digital support as a part of modern transformation of libraries into multipurpose information communication centers in terms of globalisation was outlined.
