The publication represents the archival heritage of the famous Ukrainian historian and public figure, a prominent representative of the scientific and cultural elite of Ukraine in the second half of the twentieth century Olena Apanovych, kept at the Institute of Manuscript of the Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine. The catalog contains a description of the documents of the personal archival fund, which is a sound source base for the study of the figure of O. Apanovych, her scientific work, in particular as a researcher of the Ukrainian Cossacks and the personality of the first president of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Vernadskyi, creative and community activities. The structure of the catalog is conditioned by the specific composition of the archival documents, concluded on the basic principles of systematization of documents of personal archival funds. The scientific reference apparatus of the publication includes nominal, geographical and indexes of institutions and organizations.
