The publication is dedicated to the archival heritage of a famous Ukrainian composer, pianist and educator V.S. Kosenko deposited in the funds of the Institute of Manuscript of V.I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine. The Catalogue presents creative materials, in particular signature works and first editions of composer’s works and documents that reveal main stages of V.S. Kosenko’s life, his correspondence, memoirs of the contemporaries, friends and colleagues and materials of his wife. The structure of the publication is based on the principles of a personal collection arrangement and description and reflects various types materials and documents. The Catalogue is accompanied by indexes of names, geographical names and names of organizations and institutions.

The book is designed for musicologists and everyone who is interested in the history of the Ukrainian music and culture.
