Collection of scientific works and materials of the Institute of Biographical Research of the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine is devoted to the problems of the theory and methodology of biography, to the discussion of topical issues of its experience, its current state, and promising development tasks. The first issue of the collection contains abstracts of reports and messages of the participants of the Eighteenth Biographical Readings "Modern Models of Biographical Reconstructions", which took place on June 9, 2022 in Kyiv.

The publication is aimed at scientists working in the field of biography, biobibliography, social communications, development of electronic resources of biographical information, as well as at a wide range of people interested in national history and culture.
