The analytical note is devoted to the problems of creation, preservation and integration of library resources of scientific information into the international research infrastructure. The strategies of libraries for preservation of sources of historical and cultural heritage during the war and the ways of post-war restoration and innovative development of libraries are substantiated. The principles of functioning of library resources in the context of implementation of open science and creation of academic electronic infrastructure of knowledge are determined. The current library resources of digital humanities, research support services and analytics of scientific activity, information and analytical resources of socially significant topics are considered. The implementation and introduction of research support services created by V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine – the digital platform ResearchUA and the Library Portal of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine LibNAS UA are analyzed.

The research results published in the analytical note can be used by research institutions, archives, libraries, higher education institutions, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations.
